Here we go folks, our 23rd Annual Five Star Aloha Gala Event on May 23, 2025 is coming up! Event will be held from 5:30-8:30 pm.
\nI am so excited as we honor these\u00a0 three beautiful Kumu Hula Masters that perpetuate and keep ALOHA alive in the Bay Area while being nominated for this prestigous award,\u00a0 Ku Lia I Ka Nu’u, Strive for the Summit Award!
\nIt is because of the rigorous hours of hula study, protocols and traditions passed forward to their haumana, the cultural stories, their mana\u2019o and wisdom they possess through their own visions of the artistry of “HULA”,\u00a0 they have dedicated over 3 decades of their lives here in the Bay Area and abroad.
\nWe love you Kumu Hula Mark, Kumu Hula Kawika and my lovely Kumu Hula Shawna Alapa\u2019i, from precious times of the past to now, the present\u2026
