This exhibit is being created in partnership with the National Museum of the United States Army, the National Veterans Network, and The Army Historical Foundation. While the exhibit will take a 5 year journey across 11 states, it will launch in San Francisco in February 2026. As part of the launch, there will be a weekend long kick-off event February 20-22, 2026 when families, sponsors and individual ticket purchasers will enjoy the unveiling of the exhibit and other special events and programming. On Saturday, February 21st, there is a “grand celebration” at the Palace of Fine Arts Theater where there will be a pre-reception and then program.
